At Red Women Foundation, we envision a world where every woman is free from discrimination, violence, and inequality. We strive for a society where women can access equal opportunities, pursue their dreams, and lead with confidence, knowledge, and compassion. Education plays a crucial role in our vision, as it serves as a powerful tool to unlock doors to new possibilities and drive social transformation.
'I firmly believe that teamwork can bring incredible value to our projects. We are a group of women with remarkable experience in the fields of entrepreneurship and gender equality, distinguished ladies with international reputations and successful careers, each with a fascinating story behind them. The exchange of experiences that was created inspired me to establish the Red Women Foundation and to support women around the world through new initiatives and projects.’

Under the Red Education initiative, during April and May of 2024, over 100 children will visit 6 significant universities in Bucharest, where welcoming programs will be organised for them. These initiatives aim to familiarise them with the university environment, helping to shape their vision and future.

In pursuit of fostering a more collaborative and progressive work environment for women, our foundation endeavors to spark meaningful dialogue among Human Resources (HR) departments within companies. Firstly, we aim to facilitate discussions on employment and recruitment programs, with a specific focus on enhancing opportunities for women in the workforce. By examining current practices and challenges, we seek to identify innovative approaches that align with the evolving needs of both employers and female job seekers. Through this dialogue, we aspire to cultivate strategies that not only promote gender diversity but also ensure equitable access to employment opportunities. Secondly, our focus extends to the realm of training and professional development.

Their determination and success inspire us to continue championing women in sports . We are deeply committed to addressing and combating domestic violence. This year, we are launching a powerful campaign titled "Boxing Shouldn’t Be Practiced at Home”. Through this campaign, we seek to bring attention to the issue of domestic violence, advocate for prevention, and empower women and girls to take a stand against abuse. Beyond our local efforts, we collaborate with international NGOs on impactful projects focused on women’s rights and social development. Together, we address global issues, advocate for equality, and contribute to building stronger, more inclusive communities. At Red Women Foundation, we believe that no woman is a victim—every woman is a champion in life, capable of overcoming challenges and achieving greatness.
"We need to empower all women, both financially and socially, to give them the tools to support themselves and their families. ”
